Tech giant proudly discriminates against Whites, men

Microsoft is proud to pay White and male employees less than their counterparts who perform the same job.

In its recently unearthed 2023 Diversity and Inclusion report, the tech giant boasted that it pays White employees less on the dollar for doing the same job as Black or Hispanic employees.

“As of September 2023, inside the US, all racial and ethnic minority groups who are rewards eligible combined earn $1.007 total pay for every $1.000 earned by US rewards-eligible white employees with the same job title and level and considering tenure,” the company wrote. “Specifically, for those who are rewards eligible, US Black and African American employees earn $1.004; Hispanic and Latinx employees earn $1.004; and Asian employees earn $1.012 for every $1.000 earned by US rewards-eligible white employees with the same job title and level and considering tenure.“

Microsoft also bragged that its male employees make less on the dollar than female employees in the same job.

“As of September 2023, inside the US, women who are rewards eligible earn $1.007 total pay for every $1.000 earned by rewards-eligible employees who are men and have the same job title and level and considering tenure.”

Employees at the corporation are expected to participate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) ideology and practices, according to Microsoft Chief Diversity Officer and Corporate Vice President of Talent Development Lindsay-Rae McIntyre.

“This year, 96.4% of employees reported some level of awareness of the concept of allyship, up from 90.3% in 2022 and 65.0% in 2019, when we first started asking employees about their awareness,” said McIntyre, who previously served as IBM’s chief diversity officer. “More than the previous year, employees understand what’s expected of them to contribute to a more diverse and inclusive environment,” she added.

One of Microsoft’s DEI initiatives is “justice reform,” which involves pushing soft-on-crime policies “to address racial injustice and inequity for the Black and African American community.” The megacorporation works with non-governmental organizations, think tanks, and community groups to pressure policy makers and district attorneys to institute changes to the justice system such as finding “alternatives to incarceration.”
